The Opportunity
This is a senior managerial appointment offering the chance to make a real difference and oversee a small team.
About the Role
We are seeking a driven, energetic and professional Bid Manager to lead our bid development and delivery processes. As part of a stable and financially strong business with high levels of repeat business, you will have the opportunity to work from home in the North-West.
Main Responsibilities
- To oversee the development and delivery of bids, proposals and tenders ensuring they meet customer timescales and specification.
- To review and interpret customer requirements and ensure that bids and tenders meet these requirements at optimum benefit to the business.
- To effectively coordinate documentation and reviews in accordance with our professional process and support colleagues to accurately manage the pipeline and sales information.
- To oversee a small team of Estimators.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of all stages of bidding processes.
- Experience within the HVAC or related engineering marketplace.
- Literate in finance and commercial aspects of estimates, tenders and bid delivery.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Details
This role comes with an estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
