Business Development Manager

The Sales Account Manager role at Universally Speaking is a pivotal position that plays a key part in the company's success. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and providing exceptional support to both existing and prospective clients.
About the Role- Develop an effective understanding of Universally Speaking's services and their competitive advantages.
- Identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Promote and educate clients about Universally Speaking's service offerings.
- Provide top-notch customer support and manage client expectations in collaboration with project teams and senior management.
- Manage pricing and contractual issues by staying up-to-date on company procedures and working models.
- Develop new client relationships through cold calling, online platforms, and trade shows.
- Work closely with Sales Management to identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
- Deliver engaging presentations and meetings to create client engagement and map client needs.
- Contribute to multi-service bids and proposals as a key team member.
- Maintain accurate customer insights and feedback using Pipedrive.
- A minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Motivated and proactive attitude with a results-driven approach.
- Good analytical skills to project revenues, monitor budgets, and perform necessary calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Strategic Business Development and/or Client Services/Account Management as a long-term career path.
- Previous Sales/Business Development/Account Management experience preferably in the gaming industry or similar sectors.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and performance.
