We're seeking an exceptional VIP Support Specialist to join our ranks. As a trusted ambassador of our brand, you'll be responsible for building meaningful relationships with our most valued players, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.
**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
About the Role
As a VIP Support Specialist, you will:
- Communicate with our VIPs daily, fostering strong connections and understanding their needs.
- Keep track of product development, new releases, and live operations, relaying this information to our players.
- Analyze player behavior to identify patterns, using analytical reports from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to develop promotions and engage our players.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent English language skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to understand economic value.
- Strong verbal communication skills, representing our company with a personal touch.
- Clear written communication skills, documenting conversations in our CRM tools.
