Resident Liaison Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all escalated resident queries and complaints.
- Conduct thorough investigations into formal complaints, working closely with the team to find solutions.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, keeping them informed about works progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to drive results and meet individual targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer/ Housing Officer/ Social Housing Background.
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
