About the Job

We are recruiting a talented Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care home, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with the Home Manager to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care home policies, ensuring high standards of care and enhancing the resident experience.
  • Take responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others, including colleagues, residents, and visitors to the home.
Requirements
  • A registered nurse with experience managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place for efficient home operations.
  • Experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
  • Able to support and guide others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.
