About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support.

About You

To succeed as a Care Coordinator, you should possess excellent organisational skills, a driven mindset, and a warm, empathetic approach. Previous experience in a similar role or working with the elderly is desirable, but not essential.
