Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

$45,000 - $60,000 per year


About the Job

The Customer Service Liaison will play a vital role in assisting the Direct Sales team at Modsafe by following up on quotations and new leads, aiding with pipeline management and sales administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:
  • Meet Weekly KPIs: Ensure weekly Key Performance Indicators are hit for review at Sales L10 Meeting.
  • Telemarketing: Assist Account Managers with Quote Follow-Ups, calling and emailing to follow through to order or closure.
  • Cold Calls: Conduct cold calls/data cleansing and intro calls to upsell to new customers and non-spending new and existing contacts.
  • Delivery Follow-Up Calls: Make delivery follow-up calls, gathering feedback and scores out of 10 for service to reach a net promoter score for management.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Identify new opportunities and leads from Ad Hoc Using Barbour ABI, external lead sources telemarketing, and E-Blasts (mail merges).
  • Sales Team Meetings: Contribute to the sales team meetings weekly.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRMs) are required.
