Job Overview:
This Senior Customer Service Co-ordinator position supports our customer-facing teams by delivering exceptional service to clients. The role involves working within the customer service department, utilizing your communication skills to resolve client inquiries and maintain accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Managing client inquiries and providing timely responses
- Maintaining accurate records and data to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Essential Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
