Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at The Content Emporium. This is a permanent full-time role with a salary of £24,000 per annum.

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our work on email marketing and delivering exceptional customer interactions via email marketing and captive portals. You will report to the CRM Director and work closely with our editorial and design teams as well as directly with clients at times.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the potential of CRM and how to use this for driving client objectives. Strong organisational skills are also essential, as you will need to plan and manage projects, prioritise tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

You will be comfortable using email marketing platforms to build campaigns, planning email journeys, and working with data to drive commercial results. Copywriting and design will be done by other team members, and as such, you will need to collaborate with them to deliver work.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of a minimum of a day a week in the office (located next to Bristol Temple Meads train station) and other days remote.
