Senior Client Growth Manager

Drive maximum value for clients as a key member of our account and commercial teams in London, Leeds or remotely. Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
Job Overview:This role focuses on driving engagement with prospective and existing clients. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to achieve the objective of acquiring, onboarding, and retaining clients. As the 'voice of the customer' within AUDIENCES, you will ensure internal initiatives are aligned with customer needs.
You will create and own the structure for customer success management, identifying opportunities and risks at all stages and escalating to relevant teams.
In this commercial role, you will support clients in growing their sophistication and effectiveness, considering the role of media and other agencies in the client ecosystem.
