About the Role

The Database Management Officer will play a key role in supporting the Biological Services Group (BSG) at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology. As a member of the PNAC Division, the BSG provides essential services to scientists and researchers.

Responsibilities
  • To oversee the implementation of corporate HR policies in collaboration with the LMB HR Team.
  • To ensure the accuracy and quality of HR data for BSG staff on the Oracle system.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Previous line management experience is desirable.
  • Competence in using integrated corporate IT systems, such as Oracle.
Salary and Benefits

$55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
