Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Estate Management Assistant Specialist to join our award-winning team in London. As part of our customer-focused team, you will be helping us provide a first-class service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities: This role involves working in partnership with the Estate Managers to ensure we consistently deliver a high standard of performance (achieving our KPIs) and achieve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A property-related degree and sponsorship through IRPM or RICS qualifications are required. You will also need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
