Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and driven Property Estate Management Professional to join our dynamic team in London. As an Estate Management Assistant Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include working in partnership with the Estate Managers to ensure we consistently deliver a high standard of performance (achieving our KPIs) and achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a property-related degree, sponsorship through IRPM or RICS qualifications, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary (£35,000 - £40,000 per annum), structured ongoing training courses delivered by our Encore Academy, support, and mentoring from our highly experienced management team, 23 days holiday, Long Service Holiday Award, Study leave, Eye Tests, Cycle to work scheme, Company social events, and a hybrid work approach.

Work Environment: The role is based at our London office with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
