Estate Management Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Management Technician to join our Capital Planning and Development Team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a range of facilities records in document, database, and drawings formats, ensuring the accuracy of these records produced by electronic means. You will also work with the Records and Space Data Manager to provide and maintain a high-quality estates information service to CUH NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications, such as an HNC or NVQ Level 3/4, and experience in a busy office environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a sound knowledge of office procedures and database information systems, and the ability to adapt to change.
A competitive salary of £29,970 - £36,483 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and on-site leisure facilities, make this an attractive opportunity. Key responsibilities include:
