Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Quality department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assurance that our Care and Support teams are delivering good quality, safe, and person-centred care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide assurance that our Care and Support teams are delivering good quality, safe, and person-centred care
  • To contribute to our audit and social care governance processes
  • To work closely with the Quality Team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these

Requirements:

\r
  • Degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Post-qualifying experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
\r

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive training and development opportunities, a supportive and inclusive work environment, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
