About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and creative clinical leader to lead our service towards high-quality care delivery. As a Matron, you will oversee professional nursing standards, clinical standards, and Infection Prevention and Control.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive forward and sustain improvements to patient care, focusing on clinical standards.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure legislative compliance.
  • Lead on Safeguarding and Safe Staffing initiatives.
  • Oversight complaints and patient/staff feedback.

Person SpecificationKey Requirements

A qualified RMN degree and current NMC registration are necessary. Significant post-registration education and development experience are also required.

Desirable Skills

Prior management or leadership training, along with experience in improvement methodologies, would be beneficial. A drive for results, personal integrity, and commitment to openness, honesty, and inclusivity are essential.

What We Offer
