About the Job

As a Clinical Care Specialist at Exemplar Health Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a care home setting. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, and promoting a positive care environment by providing emotional support and encouragement to residents.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse with experience in a care home setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing patient care

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
