About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a child protection practitioner in a community setting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working with vulnerable children and families, providing expert advice and support on day-to-day management of safeguarding cases.

You will be responsible for delivering specialised safeguarding supervision, participating in MASH risk assessments and advocating for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safeguarding plans to protect children and young people from harm.
  • Work closely with other professionals to share knowledge and best practice in safeguarding.
  • Provide expert advice and support to colleagues on day-to-day management of safeguarding cases.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
