As a Child and Family Practitioner, you will work directly with children, young people, and their families to assess their needs and develop effective support plans. You will use your expertise to deliver evidence-based interventions, promoting positive change and improved outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to identify issues that require escalation to line management and work within policies and procedures that promote and safeguard the welfare of families
  • Ability to analyse information to identify strengths and weaknesses and to develop an appropriate support plan
