Caring for Communities and People is a charity that prioritises people over profit. We are seeking a dedicated Child and Family Wellbeing Advocate to join our Family Services team in Yate and around South Gloucestershire.

The successful candidate will work closely with families to promote wellbeing, resilience, and social connections. This involves using Positive Parenting Programmes to establish routines and structures, promoting positive interactions and healthy lifestyles.

Our service operates primarily between Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet a healthy work-life balance. You will provide support through home visits, working in schools, or other community settings.

A full driver's licence and your own transport are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,800 per annum (pro rata for part-time) and a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, enhanced pension and sick pay, and free subscription to Benenden Cashback plan or Perkbox Discounts.
