About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Professional Child Advocate to join our team at Vantage Recruitment Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to children and young people in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of each child's situation and develop personalized plans to ensure their well-being.
  2. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and other professionals to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
