Job Title: Child and Youth Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child and Youth Support Professional to join our team at Highbridge Resourcing. This full-time, permanent opportunity involves working with young people aged 8-18 in a residential home based in Erdington.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and young people in a supporting capacity and be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering therapeutic care and support.

This role offers the chance to work with vulnerable children and young people from across the West Midlands who require emotional/behavioural support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality support to young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote positive outcomes.
  • To maintain accurate records of progress and participation in activities.

**Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Benefits: Sleep-in duties approximately 8 times a month, flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
