Overview of the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Director for Patient Safety. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating quality improvement initiatives across our services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality patient care and meet the needs of our community.

As a Matron, you will work closely with our Head of Nursing and AHPs to drive forward improvements in clinical standards, infection prevention and control, and safeguarding. You will also oversee complaints and patient feedback, and lead on reducing restrictive practice for nursing.

Key Responsibilities

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and training.
