Acute Paediatric Nursing Director

We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Care Manager to lead our Paediatric Ward team.
This role involves providing exceptional care and support to children and young people, with a focus on patient safety and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of nurses and support workers to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with senior nursing teams to develop best practice and ensure consistency across the paediatric unit.
- Contribute to the development of nursing strategies and policies that promote excellent care for children and young people.

Requirements:- RN (Child's Branch)
- NMC Registration
- Leadership/Management Qualification
- Teaching/Accessing Qualification
- MSc
- Post-registration experience in acute paediatrics
- Experience of leading teams
$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
