Paediatric Unit Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Nurse to join our forward-thinking team as a Clinical Service Manager for our Paediatric Unit. As a leader in quality driven care, you will be responsible for enhancing the experience of children and young people.
As a key member of our Senior Nursing Team, you will work closely with colleagues to embed a positive practice environment and provide senior nursing leadership for the unit. Your expertise and management skills will help shape best practices across the paediatric service.
With a unique opportunity to develop your clinical knowledge and leadership skills, this role offers a challenging and rewarding experience for an ambitious individual looking to make a difference.
The successful candidate will have post-registration experience in acute paediatrics and demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and quality improvement. A teaching or assessing qualification is desirable, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate leadership and professional development for nursing and support staff within the service.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Nursing Team to develop and implement best practices across the paediatric unit.
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in clinical practice and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and access to comprehensive benefits including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
