Acute Paediatric Ward Manager

As a Paediatric Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients and their families at our new hospital opening in 2024. With experience in acute/general ward settings, you will lead a team of nurses and be responsible for overseeing the unit, leading clinics, and providing leadership to your team.
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled paediatric nurse with excellent communication and leadership skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have RSCN/RN Child registration and a minimum of 6 months post-registration experience in any paediatric setting. They must also have the ability to calculate drug dosages accurately and safely, as well as an understanding of holistic care principles and evidence-based practice.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £43,000 per annum.
