This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment caring for patients with acute mental health needs.

About the Role

You will play a key role in a person-centred care environment, working with patients, families, and external agencies to support recovery and facilitate safe discharge back into the community.

This position offers the chance to work across three small acute wards, each designed for a close-knit and community-focused experience:

  • 12-bed male acute ward
  • 8-bed male acute ward
  • 8-bed female acute ward

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Valid NMC Registration (RMN/RNLD)
  • Evidence of post-registration professional development
  • A positive attitude and commitment to quality improvement
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, the Mental Health Act, and best practices

Working Hours

Flexible shift patterns, including:

Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28 per hour, based on industry standards.
