Paediatric Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Lead to join our paediatric team at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust. As a leader in children's services, you will play a crucial role in developing the future of care for young patients.

This is an exciting time for us as we move into our new acute hospital, the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who is passionate about quality driven care and committed to patient safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior nursing leadership for the unit, including weekend working. You will work closely with the senior nursing team and acute Paediatric Matron to develop best practice and ensure consistency across the paediatric unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate leadership and professional development for nursing and support workers within the service
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
