We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our paediatric team at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust. As a Director of Children and Young People's Services, you will play a crucial role in developing the future of care for young patients.
This is an exciting time for us as we move into our new acute hospital, the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who is passionate about quality driven care and committed to patient safety.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior nursing leadership for the unit, including weekend working. You will work closely with the senior nursing team and acute Paediatric Matron to develop best practice and ensure consistency across the paediatric unit.
Benefits- Competitive salary of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
