Children and Young People Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the management and operation of a residential care setting for children and young people.
This role involves ensuring high standards of care, compliance with Ofsted regulations, and creating a positive culture that prioritizes the safety, well-being, and development of the children in your care.
- This includes managing day-to-day operations, leading and developing staff, and ensuring the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, overseeing budgets, and fostering relationships with external agencies and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop the staff team, providing supervision, training, and performance management.
- Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards, achieving positive inspection outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: £40,000 per annum (plus benefits and bonuses based on experience)
