**Job Overview:**

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children and Young People Lead to join their team. This role involves leading the safeguarding efforts for vulnerable adults, ensuring that team members adhere to current policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chair Adult Protection meetings and represent the team in these discussions.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and organizations to provide a comprehensive service to vulnerable adults.
  • Conduct regular staff appraisals, identify learning needs, and facilitate development opportunities.
  • Maintain personal and professional growth, participate in relevant training, and promote staff development.
  • Undertake duties, training, and working hours as required and consistent with the job's level of responsibility.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment, promoting equality, dignity, and respect for all employees and service users.

**Work Environment:**

This role can be emotionally challenging, but management supervision will be provided to support you.
