We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health professional to join our team as a Trainee Supervising Practitioner. As a key member of our Mental Health Support Teams, you will work closely with children and young people, empowering them to reach their full potential and making a lasting impact in their lives.

Our Mental Health Support Teams are revolutionising early intervention, ensuring that children and young people receive the right help at the right time in the right place. • Hone your skills in CBT-informed supervision and grow as a professional
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver real change where it's needed most

Requirements:

  • Core professional qualification relevant to mental health (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, social work, or EMHP)
  • Evidence of continued professional development and a willingness to complete a post-graduate certificate in supervision
  • Therapeutic postgraduate qualification (preferably in CBT)
  • At least one year of post-qualification experience working therapeutically with children and young people
