Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of young people. As a Young People Care Professional, you will provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing support for the children and young people in the home and promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintaining a safe environment for young people and ensuring their safety at all times.

You must have experience working with young people or in a healthcare/social care setting. A full driving license is essential for this role. The salary for this position is £27,690 - £30,690 per annum (sleep allowance included).
