We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Care Professional to join our team at Eclipse Properties Ltd.

As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people leaving care to develop their skills, confidence, and self-esteem.

You will deliver an effective and flexible service for the young people in partnership with local authorities and relevant agencies, ensuring they are prepared for independent living when turning 18.

With a case load of at least 15-20 young people across various locations, you will conduct visits and provide support tailored to each individual's needs.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of NVQ (QCF) LEVEL 3 or above in Social and Health Care
  • At least 12 months experience working with vulnerable young people
  • A Full, clean UK driving license, with two years' driving experience and manual car capabilities
  • UP-TO-DATE DBS preferred
  • Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and report writing skills

You will also possess excellent time management skills, flexibility with attitude and shift patterns, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Estimated salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum.
