About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Youth Service Specialist to join our team at St Basils. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Job Summary:


The successful candidate will be responsible for working with young people, providing advice and support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. This may involve delivering training programs, running workshops, and building relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. To provide guidance and support to young people, helping them to develop life skills and make positive life choices.
  2. To work closely with other agencies and organizations to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective outcomes.
  3. To maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of reports and evaluations.
  4. To collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  5. To identify and recommend additional resources and services to meet the needs of young people.

Requirements:


The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification in Advice & Guidance, Health and Social Care, or Youth Work, and have experience working with young people in a variety of settings. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.


What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £29,090-£31,014 per annum, pro rata. You will also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, as well as the chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
