About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children Residential Care Team Leader to join our team in the West Midlands Complex Care area.

In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the lives of young people in our care, helping them achieve their personal best and reach their full potential.

As a Children Residential Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a supportive team of professionals who share your commitment to delivering high-quality care and services that make a real difference to the lives of others.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £13.40 to £14.22 per hour (dependent on experience/qualifications), with an annual gross salary based on full-time hours + 10 sleep ins of approximately £30,000 to £32,000.

Your Responsibilities

As a Children Residential Care Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Led a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to young people;
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork within the organization.
