About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Home team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of service users
  • Managing medication administration and completing essential paperwork

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with older people in residential care
  • Flexible, patient, caring, organised, and great with people
  • Strong communication skills and ability to write care plans

Salary: £13.46 per hour

Working Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
