Residential Home Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Home team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of service users
- Managing medication administration and completing essential paperwork
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with older people in residential care
- Flexible, patient, caring, organised, and great with people
- Strong communication skills and ability to write care plans
