Residential Care Team Member

We are looking for a Residential Care Team Member to join our team at a children residential home in Acocks Green, Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the young people in the home.
You will need to have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent, as well as experience working within childrens residential homes. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of care plans
- Supporting residents with daily living tasks
- Participating in shift duties and contributing to the smooth operation of the home
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits including holiday pay and pension scheme.
