Children's Residential Team Member

As a Children's Residential Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and well-being of children and young people. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality services.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires flexibility and adaptability. The working day can be unpredictable, and you may be required to perform a variety of tasks such as organizing activities, attending parental appointments, and supporting the day-to-day running of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support to children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Collaborating with our clinical team and local authorities to ensure the highest standard of care
- Participating in team meetings and sharing ideas and best practices
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the home, including household chores and meal preparation
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary (£28,000 - £32,000 per annum)
- £30 sleep-in rate (2-3 sleep-ins per week)
- Overtime paid at an enhanced rate
