We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Gold Care Homes. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with meals and snacks, ensuring the health and safety of residents
  • Supporting residents with daily living tasks, such as toileting, transferring, and mobility assistance
  • Completing daily care plans, monitoring resident's progress, and updating records
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with older adults or those with disabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing situations
