Birmingham residents can now apply for the position of Residential Care Assistant at Castlecroft Residential Care Home. In this role, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by delivering exceptional housekeeping services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a flexible attitude, and a genuine interest in working with older adults. While experience is not required, we'll provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality housekeeping services that cater to the unique needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to create a supportive environment for our residents and colleagues.
