Senior Residential Support Worker (Children's Home)

Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Salary: £31,305.20 (inclusive of sleep-ins)

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker.
  • The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and create positive relationships with children, ensuring their needs are met and they feel safe at all times.
  • As part of our leadership team, you will supervise staff, lead shifts, and ensure placement plans, policies, and risk assessments are followed.
  • You will support children in their education and daily activities, helping them thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare and working with young people.
  • A valid driving licence.
  • A commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.
