Role Overview: Residential Care Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Home Manager to lead our team at our luxury residential care home in Droitwich. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality care, as well as excellent leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, including ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, developing and maintaining effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, and managing the financial aspects of the nursing home. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • A proven track record of managing a care home, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
