About the Job:
We are looking for a Residential Home Leader to join our team in Birmingham. As a Specialist Care Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide specialist support to individuals living with autism, mental health, and learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years' residential experience caring for adults with autism and learning difficulties, a QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, and a proven track record of achieving 'Good' or above ratings from the CQC.

The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of up to £43,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme, 32 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays, free parking, meals, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
