Job Description

As a Residential Home Assistant at GreenSquareAccord, you will be part of a close-knit team that provides 24/7 support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide care and assistance to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

You will work closely with our residents to understand their individual needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to support their independence. This may involve supporting residents with personal care, administering medication, and assisting with daily activities such as shopping and meal preparation.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be expected to contribute to maintaining a safe and clean living environment, including laundry and cleaning duties.
