Join SCR as a Team Leader and Help Young People Thrive

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at SCR. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of carers and support staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
  • Work closely with other professionals, including education and healthcare teams, to ensure a holistic approach to care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our residents
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure the smooth operation of the care home

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with young people with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
