The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced senior manager with a strong track record in HR, organisational development and culture, and learning and development. You will be comfortable shaping our people strategy as part of the Executive Leadership Team and reporting on your performance to our board of trustees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape the ethos and culture of our organisation
  • Deliver services and provide support to young people
  • Report to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Trustees
Requirements

We are seeking a practising Christian with a thorough understanding of HR, organisational development and culture, and learning and development.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In accordance with schedule 9 of the Equalities Act 2010, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practising Christian.
