You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to the needs of young people, developing and implementing tailored plans to promote their wellbeing. Your expertise will include:

  • Mental health assessments and diagnosis.
  • Development and implementation of care plans.
  • Working with schools, parents, and other stakeholders to promote holistic care.
  • Contribution to multidisciplinary team meetings and completion of associated tasks.
