Young People Support Specialist

As a Young People Support Specialist with Cpl UK - Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people. Our therapeutic home provides a safe and supportive environment where young people can thrive and reach their full potential.
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong commitment to upholding our company's values and promoting the welfare of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans for children and young people, in collaboration with other professionals.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Engage in direct work with children and young people, building relationships and promoting their well-being.
- Manage child protection concerns and complaints, in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our young people.
- Offer supervision and support to senior staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
Salary: Up to £38,700 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications).
Working Hours (shift work): Long days, Early, Late shifts, and Sleeps.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be aged 21 or over.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
