About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Education Mental Health Practitioner to join our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in Birmingham. As an Assistant Education Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a key role in collaborating with schools and education settings to deliver innovative interventions.

Working with children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs, you will help them develop the tools and confidence to thrive. Building strong relationships with schools, families, and partner agencies will be essential, as will maintaining accurate records to support effective decision-making.

You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to transforming lives and fostering emotional wellbeing for children and young people.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
